We just got back from our two week tour dell'Italia, and I wanted to share our experience while everything is still fresh – although I don't think the beauty of this trip will ever fade in my mind! We started our travels in Venice, and slowly worked our way down the country, eventually flying out of Rome.

I have the warmest memories from this day...I think Jim and I walked around the entire day with permanent smiles (besides the times I was ugly crying). We were overjoyed to hang out with our closest friends and family, and so relieved that the day went smoothly after months of obsessive preparation.

Before tomorrow's wedding post, I wanted to share some photos from our rehearsal dinner, which was such a special part of our weekend. It was the perfect precursor to our wedding day!

There are times in life where the stars just seem to align, and our engagement shoot with Kayla Coleman was certainly one of those. Within days of our engagement, Kayla happened to be in town from Durham, North Carolina and we jumped at the chance to work with her.
