We accept all major credit cards.
All of our products are shipped via USPS, using the service you choose upon checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping service you choose. Orders are processed in our studio within 2-3 days. Typically, orders shipping within Ohio and the surrounding states arrive 1-2 days after the ship date. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has been processed by USPS.
If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items. Orders that arrive damaged can be refunded or replaced with the same item.

We do not offer local pickup. Please choose the rush shipping option for last-minute orders.
If needed, you may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it if it has not been shipped. Please use the form on the contact page to request a cancellation.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of an order being marked as delivered. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been worn or damaged by the customer, or merchandise with the presence of odors or pet hair. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, but will not be charged to ship a new item in the event of an exchange.
To request a return, fill out the form on the contact page with your order number, email address, and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with the return shipping address if your order qualifies.
