I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping to Canada only. Please fill out the contact form to arrange an order shipping across the lake!
Do you have a retail store?
We are online only, but our products are currently carried at Lovely Paperie, Cuyahoga Collective, Harness Cycle, The Direction in Beachwood and Great Lakes Mall, and In The 216 in Coventry. We also do a few shopping events and markets around town, so you can check our Facebook page or Instagram/Twitter (@shoresociety) for news about where we might be.
Do you offer local pickup?
Typically, no. However, if you are in a last-minute situation (it happens to all of us!) I can try to accommodate your request. Usually local shipping only takes 1 day, so if you need your order shipped in a hurry, please email me and let me know.
Are your products handmade?
Everything is designed by me, by hand, and I have a few vendors who assist with making my products, like screen printing my apparel. They are located in Lakewood and I try to source local products and services whenever possible. All of my prints are produced in-house in my studio, and every order is packed by me, personally. Each order gets individual attention (which can take time!) so allowing a few days for your order to be processed is appreciated.
